This business started initially with 4 people, some with little to no experience but a lot of ambition. Even though we had huge anxiety, our determination and a view of what we can do differently helped us pull through when obstacles came. We gritted our teeth and rolled up our sleeves, we made it work and we built the basis of the business through very challenging times and that gave us the infrastructure of what we have today.

I had an interview today and when I noticed we were short on time, I asked if there was anything else they needed to know about me before deciding to move forward or not. I felt a little nervous asking it, but I got feedback that they want to continue the conversation. It’s SO NICE having that peace about moving forward already, thank you for this advice!
